MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Basic literacy, primary education (KCPE)
- High school certificate (KCSE)
- Age:
- Usually 20 years or older
- Language Skills:
- Ability to read and communicate in English and Kiswahili
Skills and Attributes:
- Customer service skills – courteous, friendly, respectful and helpful.
- Basic math skills – for handling cash, giving change, and reading meters.
- Attention to detail – ensuring correct fueling, ensuring correct cash, MPESA, VISA and other payment methods to the customer, avoiding fuel spills and wrong fuel input.
- Honesty and reliability – especially when handling money and customers
- Transparency and integrity
- Physical stamina – ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors.
