JUNIOR CLERK

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
    • Secondary School Certificate (KCSE)
    • A diploma or certificate in business administration, accounting, or computer applications is an advantage.
    • Higher qualifications (e.g., Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, or IT) may be preferred for advancement.

Essential Skills:

  • Computer Literacy:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
    • Familiarity with data entry and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or in-house ERP systems).
  • Communication:
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
    • Ability to follow instructions and write basic reports or emails.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Filing, record-keeping, and document management.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks.
